A 49-year-old man attacked and injured his partner with a kitchen knife on Saturday evening in Floridsdorf. The WEGA arrested the man, the woman was taken to the hospital with cuts.
According to police spokesman Philipp Haßlinger, the bleeding woman was able to save herself in the courtyard of the residential complex in Brünner Straße and alerted the emergency services shortly before 7 p.m. with a telephone borrowed from a woman in the courtyard.
